ABOUT:

–      Adam is a self-taught Sous Chef who learned to cook when he was 13. He grew up poor with a single mom who encouraged him to work for his money.

–      Adam cooked for a homeless shelter and felt good about feeding those less fortunate. He fell in love with cooking and began learning everything he could about culinary arts.

–      Adam has done everything from washing dishes to prepping, working at fast food restaurants, seafood, fine dinning and even working front of the house.

–      Adam has handled 200 + covers for a wedding. He has cooked in unconventional kitchens and has roasted whole pigs in the outdoors.

–      His mouth gets him into trouble and he is used to being in control. Other contestants are going to think he is innocent and shy but once he is on the line he will bring it!

–      He has an 11-year-old daughter and he wants to provide a better life for her.
