–       Andrew was a troubled kid who ended up in rehab after high school and turned his life around. He has overcome his mother’s passing at age 4, drug abuse and being homeless at 17.

–       Andrew doesn’t know where he would be today if it wasn’t for his love for cooking. He first go a job in a restaurant in Florida as a  Cook. Andrew who didn’t know what he was doing almost walked out on the job but decided to stay and finish his first shift.  As he got through it he realized how much he enjoyed being in the kitchen.

–       Andrew has two Persian cats and a girlfriend. He’s fast for a big dude and loves to talk about what a great cook he is.

–       Every chef he has worked for told him he was good when he doubted his own skills in the kitchen but now he is ready to prove to himself and anyone who ever thought he would never amount to anything that he is a talented chef.

–       Andrew has done 900 covers in 5 hours and has done everything from Chinese buffet to fine dining.

–       Andrew is a serious chef who doesn’t tolerate stupidity and doesn’t hesitate to fire anybody who makes stupid mistakes in his restaurant.
