–       Originally from Houston, TX, Brandi grew up cooking dinner for the family to help her mother. In high school, her dad had a motorcycle accident and she had to take care of the family being the oldest of 3. She had to be tough; crying was not an option.

–       Brandi did well in culinary school but didn’t like the program as much as cooking in a real kitchen. From there, she worked her way up from Burger King to fine dining.

–       Brandi is extremely competitive and played center field in softball for 15 years, travelling the world for tournaments and championships.

–       Brandi treats eveybody as an equal in kitchen but prefers working with guys.

–       Southern charm sets her apart from the rest. Easily approachable and her advantage on the line is that she has done it all.

–       She’s worked every station in the kitchen. This tiny 5’ tall fireball is readyb to take on the man’s world in the kitchen!
