ABOUT:

–       Has worked his way up to Executive Chef and has never taken a culinary class

–       Has given up his weekends, holidays and time with his wife for his career

–       Loves the work, loves to be challenged, and most of all he loves the pressure of being on the line

–       Is comfortable with chaos and once worked a buffet on his own for 700 people

–       His Aunt Mary was a sous chef and his uncle wrote cookbooks

–       Favorite station is the grill but he can do anything and cook anything including: Asian, Mediterranean and Italian

–       Brian is argumentative when he knows he’s right and will only take Gordon’s shit if he’s wrong

–       Says he is so efficient at cooking that he will be done quicker than everyone and it will look like he is doing nothing
