–        Joined the army and found himself in the kitchen cooking for 3-4,000 people per meal. The adreneline rush captured him and his love for cooking took off. He attended culinary school after leaving the Army and eventually made his way to working at Caesar’s Palace for almost 10 years.

–        When cooking in the Army he let butter melt too far down and started a fire on the line.

–        After a nasty divorce, Carl found himself getting far too caught up in the Las Vegas lifestyle. Partying took over his life and his career was on the backburner.

–       He worked briefly as a mailman before turning things around and getting his life back on track.

–       He’s now remarried with a son and is commited to being a great father and husband.

–       He’s at the top of his game and wants to prove he’s still bad ass in the kitchen and  will knock down anyone in his way because he has an uncontrollable nasty temper.
