EXPERIENCE:

ABOUT:

–      Catherine devoted her life to being an amazing mother and working in marketing. She was president of the PTA and treasurer of her kids swim team.

–      After being laid off last year, she had an epiphany to become a chef after a bout of depression and eating countless days of terrible Chinese food.

–      She loves working as a personal chef and being able to create new exciting and healthy menus for each of her clients.

–      Taught 1st grade for 9 years overseas on a military base.

–      Spent the 1980s and 1990s as a model in South America where she developed her passion for Latin foods.

–      Every month she will do a chefs’ table food tasting at her house and take reservations from her friends over Facebook.

–      Hates to eat at restaurants because she can cook it better!

–      This overachiever recently became the president of the Personal Chef Society of San Antonio.

–      Her husband serves in the Army and is constantly going over seas. She feels that Hell’s Kitchen can be her chance to have an adventure.
