–       Chanda Clark took a chance in 2002 to change her life plans and continue down a new path and has never looked back.

–       She was working in law enforcement and decided to follow her dreams to become a chef and attend culinary school.  She was surprised at how much terminology she already knew just from her love of cooking.

–       She started to work as a cook at Sony Pictures.  She was only the 2nd female to be in the kitchen there and definitely proved her worth by moving up in the ranks to Sous Chef.

–       Chanda took as job as a cooking instructor at Le Cordon Bleu but soon after was offered a job as the executive chef at The Crescent Hotel in Beverly Hills.

–       She was the first female African American chef to work there. She turned the place around and was getting great reviews.  But when the hotel was taken over by new management, she lost her job but couldn’t be happier now as she is a private chef for a great family!
