ABOUT:

–       Passion for cooking started at a young age when he would watch his mom cook

–       Parents immigraed from Lebanon wanted him to be a doctor and were very upset when he went to

culinary school

–       Took him 8 years to get from school to where he is today

–       Can cook the socks off of anything and any cuisine

–       Pet peeves – Being late for work and cleanliness

–       He works by the book and makes everyone follow the rules

–       Can have a bad temper

–       His daughter means everything to him

–       When the kitchen is under pressure he sings and tells jokes to lighten the mood

–       Can’t live without his phone in the kitchen because he plays Pandora

–       Odd voice and a big presence
