–       At 14, Courtney knew how to cook and catered a 400-person wedding where it was plated and fully served.  She did it to assist her grandmother, but ended up doing all of the work and only getting paid $100 out of $10,000!

–       Courtney has always been mulit-talented when it comes to food.  She decided to follow her dream and attend Le Cordon Bleu; however, she never finished due to financial circumstances

–       She has always struggled with presentation and has been told her plates look like shit!

–       She can be vindictive and will tell you if you’re wrong!  She will put you on “blast”!

–       Courtney has fought against and defied all odds to combat homelessness and pursue her dreams in the culinary world.  Courtney hopes to make it on HK to show the world  that she is the best and that her food is the BOMB!
