– Davide moved from Sardinia, Italy to Brooklyn 7 years ago.

– His family owned three restaurants in Italy: 2 pizzerias and one fine dining restaurant.

– He is able to speak three languages without having to go to school to learn them.

– As a server at one restaurant, he was also asked to teach the kitchen how to make proper pasta and pizza.

– Davide would like to be on Hell’s Kitchen to prove to himself that he can control the kitchen.

– His ultimate culinary dream is to own a restaurant like his family in Italy.

– He believes all Italians should have cooking in their blood: “You should be eating pasta for breakfast.”

– Working in the kitchen has made Davide sacrifice his friends: “I just have time to run the kitchen, that’s it.”
