ABOUT:

–       Started cooking when he was 13

–       Parents were separated so he learned how to cook while his single mom was at work

–       Started working as a dish washer and showed so much interest in cooking that the head chef gave

him a job

–       Father committed suicide in 2008

–       His dad’s death affected him greatly so he fills the void by staying positive and being creative in the

kitchen

–       Always cooks whether it’s for his girlfriend or dinner parties.

–       French/American cuisine as well as comfort food are his specialties

–       Diagnosed with gout but won’t let that affect his cooking

–       Wants to win and won’t let anyone get in his way

–       Kitchen pet peeve- cleanliness

–       Weakness is baking
