ABOUT:

–       Graduated Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts 2006. She has worked in professional kitchens since she was 17. But the last 3 years she’s worked as a server and gives her chefs a ton of attitude and is always getting called into the office for reprimanding.

–       Got married to her wife 3 years ago in California but says she doesn’t need a piece of paper to prove their commitment, the house and 2 kids prove they are in it for the long haul.

–       She is Filipino and German. She speaks Tagalog fluently but says she hates other Filipnio people.

–       Says her family is extremely dysfunctional and has estranged relationships with her siblings, especially her older brother.

–      She’s incredibly tough and known to punch walls. But you’d be surprised to know she’s a crier and if someone is in her face yelling, she cries uncontrolably “like a lil’ bitch.”
