–       Ford is a handsome, cocky, self-taught Executive Sous Chef transplanted to New York from Florida.

–       He is an overcheiver who wins at everything he competes in from sports, to drumming, to cooking.

–       He was a high school quarterback and takes the quarterback mentality in the kitchen.

–       Ford’s family is in the business: one brother owns a catering business, his other brother owns a catering company, and his father is a chef at a large homeless community.

–       Because he grew up aroudn food, Ford believes he has already taught himself everything he needs to know in the kitchen.

–       He refuses to go to culinary school because he thinks he knows more than they do.

–       When Ford whens Hell’s Kitchen, he’ll move to the Florida Keys with his family and open a bistro.
