-Gabriel first got his love of cooking by smelling his grandmother’s yummy food in Mexico.

– He went to culinary school in Atlanta but traveled all over the world cooking at different restaurants so he’s well versed in cuisines from other cultures.

– One of Gabriel’s most proudest accomplishments was when he worked at the 23rd best restaurant in the world.

– Gabriel knows he’s better than most in the kitchen and will prove this by winning Hell’s Kitchen.

– He knows what he wants and how to get it. He’s simply the best.

– Gabriel says he knows how to play nice but when he’s a bitch – he’s really a bitch!

– He hates liars and has nopatience with slow people.
