–       Very close to his family, struggled a lot when his father passed away due to kidney failure.

–       Loves cooking with big, bold, fatty flavors regardless of the health factors.

–       Takes extreme pride in being as young as he is but having the title of Executive Chef.

–       Started cooking with his family at age 7. He was a fat kid and it let him eat before the rest of the kids – Clever!

–       Believes that pressure creates power, feels that Gordon can help him grow to his highest potential.

–       Grew up in the South side of Chicago, hopes to prove to kids in his neighborhood that they too can overcome the tough area they come from.

–       If he wins, he hopes to make a donation to his elementary school.
