–       Geo’s drive and passion for cooking would lead you to believe he was older than 21.

–       He has been cooking up dishes with his father ever since he can remember.

–       When he’s in the kitchen, there is nothing else in the world that he’s thinking about.

–       He always keeps his knives sharp and does a lot of reading to keep his skills on point.  When he cooks, he rarely follows recipes.  He likes to put his own spin on things and make things according to taste.

–       He’s assertive in the kitchen and loves to be a part of the action.

–       Under pressure he remains calm but thrives off of the adrenaline rush.

–       Geo believes that consistency is one of the most important things in the kitchen.

–       He’s been watching Hell’s Kitchen for years now and commented that most of the mistakes the contestants make are amateur and he would rise above them.
