–       George is a  cocky, competitive, handsome, caring, culinary school grad, with a big ego that thinks he has the face of a Greek God.

–       George sacrificed a lot by staying in culinary school and not going into his father’s construction business. He wants to win Hell’s Kitchen to make his father proud and give back to his family who came to the US with nothing.

–       George doesn’t have too many early memories of loving all different types of food because his mom only made traditional Greek dishes.

–       His hobbies now are women and food.  George believes he is a modern day Casanova. He  loves cooking for women and is guaranteed to seal the deal with his pan-seared chicken breast with garlic cream sauce and mushroom risotto.

–       George now runs 5 kitchens, 7 days a week and manages a staff of 60 at the World Casino.

–       George is young, a little dumb and very arrogant – the perfect mix for Hell’s Kitchen!
