–       Jordan’s father was in the restaurant business for 30 years and Jordan grew up at the hotel where he worked.

–       Jordan is so dedicated to his trade that the morning his father had a heart attack in front of him and died he still went into his restaurant to do the opening duties.

–       Jordan has worked in tons of different types of kitchens and places such as; nursing homes, colleges, fine dining restaurants and off-premise catering venues such as the Woodstock Film Festival for 600 people.

–       Jordan’s proudest moment was when he opened his own restaurant at age 30.

–       At work, he is a control freak. He is somewhat of a tyrant on the line  and is feared by his staff. Currently, there are five waiters that won’t talk to him and his boss will only text him because he does not know how to communicate nicely without confrontation.

–       He believes everything should be made perfectly from scratch.

–       Jordan wants to dedicate his HK win to his father.
