–       Julia is a straight-forward,  tomboy, accomplished chef who grew up watching Julia Childs.

–       She graduated from CIA, but waiting to go to culinary school because her parents didn’t support the idea of her becoming a chef, and they sent her back to boarding school.

–       Julia has been cooking professionally for 30 years and her highest position in the kitchen has been Executive Chef, although she works as a Pantry Chef now.

–       She loves cooking savory dishes and getting dirty on the line.

–       She believes that if you go out to eat alone, the food should be the main event, but if you’re out with friends, it should only be the backdrop.

–       She is an “opinionated Pices” and says exactly what she thinks.

–       She doesn’t have tolerance for bullies or arrogance on the line.

–       She gets angry watching “young kids” on Hell’s Kitchen and she plans on bringing maturity and experience to Hell’s Kitchen. [/password-protect]
