–       Kevin used to be 300 lbs. and turned his hobby of eating food into a career. He started as a dishwasher working at his cousin’s Italian restaurant and worked his way up, even working as a sous chef at a nursing home.

–       After high school, Kevin went to culinary school and learned to cook French fine dining.

–       When he is in the kitchen he always has to be the first to get his order out. Kevin understands the pressure and demand of huge covers as he has worked at banquet facilities.

–       He can cook his ass off and can’t understand why everyone who is on HK can’t cook scallops. He gets really frustrated when people screw up on the show.

–       Kevin is a beast on the line and has a short fuse with a very expressive face. He tries to come to work with a smile and leave with a smile but while working he works like a madman to get shit done.

–       Kevin is entering the competition to win and also to work for Gordon Ramsay because to him that would be a life changing experience.
