ABOUT:

–       Kevin is an executive chef at a restaurant that his entire family (including cousins) own.

–       He and his family are Irish, but they own a Mexican restaurant because when they opened, there were no other Mexican restaurants in town.

–       Even though his family owned a restaurant, he went to C.I.A. and worked in fine dining before working at the family restaurant.

–       He won “Best Smile” in high school.

–       Kevin is a new father, and is about to have his second child in August.

–       He is competitive with himself, and will beat himself up over and over again if he doesn’t do something right.

–       His father would be thrilled to see him grow from the family restaurant to Hell’s Kitchen.

–       His ultimate dream is to receive a James Beard Award and to open his own restaurant.
