ABOUT:

–       Used to get stoned on his couch and watch cooking shows and then go in the kitchen and make the dishes himself.

–       Wants to open up a restaurant called “Munchies.”

–       Was working in his uncle’s restaurant during college and realized he enjoyed working in the kitchen more than his major.

–       Did an externship at STK and worked as a junior Sous Chef.

–       Sarcastic and funny personality and keeps it going throughout work.

–       Was a silver medalist in the US Jr. Olympics for Tai Kwan Do.

–       One of his brothers passed away when he was younger from gang related issues but his parents never told him exactly how he died.

–       His dad divorced his mom after his brother passed, his sister is in jail, and oldest brother isn’t around so he is the only kid to make his mom proud.

–       Really smart and a fast learner and will impress Chef Ramsay. This little Cuban belongs on Hell’s Kitchen!
