ABOUT:

–       Patrick is a recent father of 2 twin girls, and would do anything for his wife and family.

–       Growing up, his father owned a Japanese restaurant, but he didn’t get into the restaurant business until after college.

–       His most life-changing moment happened last year when a man broke into his house while he was at work and held his wife hostage.

–       After 12 hours, police and a SWAT team were able to shoot and kill the man while he was using Patrick’s wife as a human shield.

–       Patrick feels that most contestants on Hell’s Kitchen are “task oriented;” however, he sees it differently: “cooking should be a pleasure, not a task.  You cook to make someone happy.”

–       You wouldn’t be able to tell, but Patrick’s torso and upper body are covered in tattoos.

–       Patrick is ready for the pressure of Hell’s Kitchen because he’s “paid his dues, and knows what real-life pressure actually is.”
