ABOUT:

–       Ralph describes himself as a “little pitbull” (he’s 5’2”), and he definitely is like the type that looks sweet enough to be a family pet but could attack ferociously on command.

–       Ralph grew up without knowing his mother.  When he was a child, the state took him from her care because of her drug addiction; as a teenager he went to find her shortly before she died and saw first hand the horrors of drug abuse and addiction.

–       Prior to meeting his mother, Ralph was on the same path to self destruction, but found solace in the kitchen and turned his life around.  Ralph currently works at one of Chef Ramsey’s favorite hotels in Boston and sees him quite frequently, so the opportunity to work with him on Hell’s Kitchen would be a dream come true.

–       Ralph has an infectious enthusiasm for food that is adorable!

–       Ralph is also a bit of a daredevil and a ladies man—he rides his motorcycle through the streets of Boston, and loves cooking dinner for the ladies: “Of course she loved it.  She wants me.”
