ABOUT:

–      Ross has a very competitive drive.  On the exterior he seems modest and shy, but after talking to him for a few minutes, you can tell he takes his line of work very serious.

–      He loves to have pressure on the kitchen staff because it brings out the best in them.

–      There have been times where he has been cooking for a full restaurant as well as a wedding reception at the same time!  Some people have said that he is too serious but he thinks he is just fine.  He yells in the kitchen if things aren’t up to his standards but justifies it by saying how he demands perfection.

–      He was recently named one of “LA’s Top 30 Under 30 up and coming chef’s”.  He doesn’t always get the respect he deserves because of his age but his work speaks for itself.

–      Ross says that the customer is not always right.  He hates criticism but will take it from someone like Gordon Ramsay!
