–       Saul is a very skilled chef.  He first started falling in love with food in high school and knew he wanted to go to culinary school right after graduation.

–       His favorite cuisine is Japanese because it’s fresh and clean but also loves the rich ingredients in French food.

–       He says that his knife skills are unmatched and in the kitchen, he brings a swagger like none other.  He’s clean, very fast, and precise while he’s working.

–       One of his biggest pet peeves is when a server brings him an order for something that isn’t on the menu.  But he will always find a way to make the dish.

–       He’s worked with some of the best chef’s in LA and guarantees he will make Chef Ramsay happy.

–       He’s called “The Shoe Chef” because he collects a variety of shoes and always has to cook in his Air Jordans.
