–       Sean had a rough childhood.  His mother went to jail when he was 5 until 13 years old and he was in foster care until 18 years old.  He underwent abuse in these homes and was never allowed to eat seconds during meal time.  He ended up turning into a bad boy out of anger and was told he wouldn’t amount to anything and live on the streets as an orphan.  He vowed to himself to prove the naysayers wrong and at 14 years old Sean started watching cooking shows.  His ultimate goal was to become a chef.

–       This kid breathes cooking.  There’s nothing in life he’s more serious about.

–       Although he’s usually outgoing, charismatic and funny, when it comes to cooking and approaching deadlines, he gets very serious and puts his nose to the ground.  He’s very dedicated and cares about the end result.

–       During his free time he enjoys developing recipes.  He’s in the works of developing a cookbook.

–       Sean doesn’t throw people under the bus, especially in the kitchen.  He believes talent should shine, not bad morals!
