–       Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort- Line cook 2008-2009

–       CSCA Le Cordon Bleu – Graduated 2007

ABOUT:

–       His family had him helping in the kitchen ever since he was 3 years old.

–       Currently works at Joe’s in Venice, CA, a Michelin rated restaurant and is one of the youngest chef’s that’s ever worked there.

–       He is extremely close to his family and still cooks for them on a daily basis.

–       He has a rough looking exterior but when he’s not cooking he’s tending to his garden.

–       He fell off a 2-story balcony when he was a teenager and fractured his skull and now has a metal plate in his head.

–       Has a scar from a time he was cooking and got a 2.5 degree burn on his arm, put a towel over it, and continued to cook.

–       Can be thrown onto any HK station and he will rise above the rest. He could be the winner!
