ABOUT:

–       Tom has not worked in a kitchen in nearly three years, and misses it every day.

–       His dedication to cooking is displayed on his body with a tattoo that reads “Born to Cook.”

–       As a single father to two children, he wasn’t able to provide for them working 80 hours a week as a chef, so he now refinishes bathtubs.

–       He drove from Ohio to audition for Hell’s Kitchen because his son told him he believed in him and he should do it.

–       Tom is full-blooded Italian, and grew up “working his ass off” in his family’s restaurants. “Nothing is just handed to you when you’re Italian.”

–       He has been told that he has an anger management problem, which he also attributes to his Italian blood.

–       If Tom makes it on Hell’s Kitchen, he thinks Chef Ramsay will say,” Damn! Where have you been my whole life?”
