–       Zachary, who likes to be called “Grant Banks,” e tells people he is a “culinary genius” and that no one can compare to his expertise.

–       Zachary grew up with his mother and brother. When he got his first job at McDonalds, he knew that he wanted to work in the kitchen.

–       From then on, Zachary only worked in kitchens. He didn’t think he had to go to culinary school because like he said, he’s a “culinary genius.”  You can put him against the best culinary trained chefs and he will show them how it is done, no the other way around.

–       He hates being underminded. He thinks that people would take one look at him and think he only worked at Wendy’s or I-Hop but when he’s in the kicthen people respect him and appreciate his skills. He wants to be on Hell’s Kitchen to not only make his family proud but Philadelphia proud as well.

–       He is a chef, a butcher, a hustler and he is here to represent Philly!
